Refund Policy

We value the trust of our donors and strive to ensure transparency in all donation transactions.

General Policy

Donations made to NIROGYAM CSP ELDER CARE FOUNDATION are voluntary contributions made to support our charitable, healthcare, elder care, community welfare, and social development initiatives.

As a general rule, donations are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once successfully processed.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate donation transactions.
  • Incorrect donation amount entered due to an error.
  • Unauthorized transaction reported by the donor.
  • Technical error resulting in multiple deductions for the same donation.
  • Any other situation where a refund is required under applicable law.

Refund Request Process

Donors requesting a refund must contact us within 7 days of the transaction date and provide:

  • Donor Name
  • Transaction ID / Payment Reference Number
  • Donation Amount
  • Date of Transaction
  • Reason for Refund Request

Refund Approval

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The decision of the organization regarding refund approval shall be final.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the donation, subject to payment gateway and banking timelines.

Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are generally processed within 7 to 15 working days. Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the donor's bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway.

Payment Gateway

Donations made through our website may be processed via trusted third-party payment service providers including Razorpay and other authorized payment gateways. Refund processing timelines may also depend on the policies of these service providers.

Changes to this Policy
